All sales are final. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened.
Unopened Returns: We only accept returns within 30 days if the item is factory-sealed with the original security sticker intact. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and a 20% restocking fee applies.
Damaged or Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide:
1. A clear unboxing video showing the shipping label.
2. Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item.
Lost Packages: A package is considered lost if the tracking has not been updated for more than 14 days. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or reshipment.
